Daniel C. Osborne is a member of the electrical/computer practice group at Thomas|Horstemeyer. His practice focuses on technologies that include cloud computing, virtualization technologies, electronic commerce, machine learning, blockchain, computer databases, electrical circuits, solid state devices, and mechanical devices. Daniel regularly works with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies and research universities to startups and individuals.

While in law school, Daniel worked with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and was a member of the Florida State University Law Review. Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University. Prior to law school, Daniel completed his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida (UCF), with honors for each degree. While at UCF, Daniel was a member of a semiconductor device design and simulation group and a substitute lecturer at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Before pursuing a career in law, Daniel worked as a construction engineer on electrical systems for bascule bridges and other movable span bridges, while also working as adjunct professor in the engineering department at Valencia Community College.
