Christopher B. Linder is a member of the firm’s chemical and biotechnological patent prosecution sections. In addition, Chris’ practice involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications primarily in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological fields. Chris works directly with Fortune 100 companies, large research universities and institutions, as well as medium-sized companies, to help them secure and protect their patent rights by developing comprehensive claim strategies. In addition, Chris counsels clients regarding IP due diligence and renders opinions relating to right-to-use and infringement/noninfringement.
Chris manages clients such as Emory University, Stanford University, University of Florida Research Foundation, University of Alabama at Birmingham Research Foundation, and the University of Georgia Research Foundation, as well as manages corporate clients. Further, Chris has experience in preparing and prosecuting trademark applications.
