Arvind Reddy’s practice involves patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, opinion preparation, licensing, and related client counseling. He has extensive experience with management of patent portfolios for several Fortune 500 companies.

Arvind has written hundreds of patents for various technologies including cloud software technology, electrical circuitry, communications systems & components (electrical & optical), image capture devices, mobile device technologies, power applications, mechanical systems, RF technologies, and many other technologies. He has also provided various other intellectual property related services to clients of various sizes, such as due diligence services as well as the drafting of confidentiality agreements, IP sales agreements, and other agreements.

Prior to joining Thomas|Horstemeyer, Arvind worked as a software engineer for Motorola on CDMA network infrastructure deployments. He also worked as a software engineer for a startup company developing enterprise applications for mobile devices. The company and its technology were eventually acquired.
