George Thomas, one of the firm’s founding partners, has vast experience in all aspects of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related litigation. George has been named as a Georgia Super Lawyer. George currently concentrates his practice in the mechanical patent prosecution and trademark prosecution areas.

George served in the United States Navy [LTJG] from 1957-1960. Directly after, he worked as an Examiner at the Patent Office. George thereafter moved to Atlanta and became one of the first patent attorneys in Atlanta. Throughout his career, George has prepared and secured numerous patents and trademark registrations throughout the world and has successfully litigated various types of intellectual property matters.
